Care Focused Around You

Direct Primary Care, in a nutshell, is a health care option that doesn’t accept or bill insurance for a providing of healthcare services. Instead, patients pay a fixed monthly membership price, and in return, receive care that is more personalized and focused around them compared to traditional healthcare practices.

Extra communication and care such as house calls, text messaging, video visits, phone calls, urgent care visits are all included in the membership.

For specialists, blood work, prescription medicine, and any hospital care, this is all run through your health insurance.

 

What Does My Membership Cover?

 

Medical Care

  • Yearly physical exams

  • Routine blood work

    • CBC

    • CMP

    • Thyroid studies

    • Hemoglobin a1C

    • Lipid panel

  • Urgent care visits are also included in the membership 

Communication

All other visits including:

  • In-person house calls

  • Text messaging

  • Video

  • Email

  • Phone calls

What Does My Insurance Need to Cover?

  • If there are tests, imaging, referrals to specialists, or hospital care that cannot be included in the membership, patients will be able to use insurance to cover those items

  • Medications are all covered under your current insurance program and nothing would be out of pocket except what your co-pay is with your health insurance company. Billing insurance has nothing to do with the Physician side of things.
